Some Management Headaches Gone with iOS 6

One of the biggest headaches in getting quick adoption of iPads with new users is setting them up with an Apple ID. If a new user doesn’t have the nearly ubiquitous ID, creating one is an arduous process for the uninitiated. Thank goodness that iOS 6 will no longer require a password for free apps. Looks like updates won’t require a password as well. This will allow schools to set up iPads with apps and not worry about giving a password to allow users to update the apps. Thanks to Cult of Mac for reporting this.
